Refund Policy
This policy explains how cancellations and refund requests work for Wheelder Arbiter digital subscriptions.
Subscriptions and Billing
Early paid subscriptions may be processed through Stripe Checkout while Lemon Squeezy review is pending. Stripe may process payments, receipts, billing portal access, fraud checks, and eligible refunds for direct Stripe transactions. Lemon Squeezy may later be added as a merchant-of-record checkout provider if approved.
Subscription prices, renewal dates, taxes, and currency details are shown before checkout. You are responsible for reviewing the plan and billing cycle before purchase.
Public business contact: Wheelder, 250 - 997 Seymour St, Vancouver, BC V6B 3M1, Canada.
Cancellations
You may cancel a live subscription through the billing portal or by contacting support@wheelder.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless required by law or approved under this policy, cancellation does not automatically refund a prior paid period.
Refund Requests
Refunds for digital subscriptions are reviewed case by case. We will normally approve a refund request where:
- you were charged twice for the same subscription period;
- you were charged after a confirmed cancellation;
- a technical access issue prevented reasonable use and support could not resolve it; or
- a refund is required by applicable consumer protection law.
To request a refund, email support@wheelder.com with the checkout email, order or invoice reference, subscription plan, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
Non-Refundable Situations
We generally do not refund periods that have already been used, dissatisfaction caused by unsupported use cases, failure to cancel before renewal, or use that violates the Acceptable Use Policy. This does not limit any mandatory legal rights you may have in your jurisdiction.
